Fence Maintenance: Resurrection

Some of our fences are aging and are going to be in need of repair and "resurrection" from weather/environmental damage. Just as the POA has an ongoing project to keep common area wood fences in the best possible condition, home owners are encouraged to do the same to keep Wood Glen looking its best.

To bring back the color of your fence, you need to start with a power washing process that takes the molds and growth off the wood. In some cases, the wood may be too far gone and will need replacing. Once the fence has been cleaned up and dried, a good sealer will help preserve it for a few more years to come.
