“Yard Art” Requires HOA Approval
If you are thinking of decorating your front lawn with any type of decorative embellishments, also referred to as ornaments or “yard art” of any kind, it’s important to know that this decoration requires approval from the WGPOA via the Modifications Committee. Just fill out the modifications request form provided here in this newsletter or online at www.woodglen.org and send in for approval. The WGPOA Declaration of Covenants states this rule in Section X, Article 17 and terms the decorations as “decorative appurtenances.” A searchable copy of the covenants is conveniently located on the website under “Resident Resources.”
