Majority of Residents Respond to Cap Improvements Survey

Thank you to all of you who completed a Wood Glen POA Capital Improvements Master Plan Survey this past spring.  We received 274 surveys to gain a majority opinion about our future plans for capital improvements. 

The Capital Improvements committee -- with input from the Board -- is now prioritizing ideas based on that feedback.  That priority list will be distributed as soon as it’s available.  More than 80 percent of all respondents also gave the Board open-ended feedback which has proven to be extremely valuable in understanding neighborhood priorities.

Some of the survey results are included in this print issue of our newsletter but at press time we did not know how much of the survey would be able to be printed.  The page size and editorial content amount is determined by advertising sales after the editorial copy is turned in.  An electronic eNews email will go out to our mailing list and provide links to the complete survey data including the Executive Summary.
