WGPOA Capital Improvements Survey Write-In Results Executive Summary

The results of the Wood Glen Property Owners Survey conducted last April are in and the results of the multiple choice answers have been published.  For the full report, go to www.woodglen.org  The survey also included four write-in questions.  The responses from the write in questions have been reviewed and the results are detailed herein. 
There was a very clear mandate for improvements to the pool, the mail area, the trails, the common fencing, the playground, the landscaping, and the main entrance.  We received many excellent suggestions for improvements to these areas as well.  The detailed survey results will be used by the WGPOA Board to plan and further refine proposals for improvements to Wood Glen.
There were four write in questions, two asked about features for the amenity center and other capital improvements.  One question focused on security improvements.  The last question was for “other” comments.  All of the write in responses were reviewed and categorized into groups of responses that were seen more than once.  The number of responses in a category indicates the popularity of the response.
