Skateboarding Anyone?

For those skateboard enthusiasts, Round Rock recently opened its first skate park, located at 1600 Gattis School Rd. behind the Clay Madsen Recreation Center. The new 14,000 sq. ft. facility features a bowl and numerous street elements, including ledges, rails and banks. The final design for the skate park was the result of the hard work and dedication of Round Rock’s consultant, Grindline Skateparks, city staff, and a skate park focus group comprised of several skating enthusiasts in the community.
