Wood Glen Deserves Pat On the Back
Goodwin Management reported at the recent annual meeting that in early spring all Wood Glen property owners had paid in full their annual dues owed. The majority paid by deadline and some payments were sent in late but the neighborhood beat all records set in the past. With 100 percent of our community paying dues by the spring, Wood Glen saves money in management time otherwise spent trying to collect it. “This is extremely rare for every resident to pay by the spring for any neighborhood. It’s outstanding,” said Marilyn Childress, Wood Glen Manager with Goodwin Management.
In addition to collecting annual dues on behalf of the neighborhood, Goodwin is also responsible for many activities including managing our monthly accounts-payable for expenses, resolving maintenance issues, conducting monthly drive-throughs to issue violation notices, assessing fines and collecting on those fines and resolving individual resident issues throughout the year.
